表面預處理:

Scope of use:

DP oxide modified mineral coating is composed of natural and inorganic elements and oxidized modified potassium silica. The structure and rigidity of structure of its coagulation and modified liquid potassium silica resemble natural crystal, mineral filling and inorganic pigments. The main ingredients of this product are more than 30 kinds of inorganic elements including modified potassium silica, titanium white, zinc oxide and magnetic earth.

1,石化作用:Petrifaction:
氧化改性礦物涂料之秘訣是它與礦物基質的石化作用(發生化學作用而化化合在一起,形成一種防水及防酸的硅酸鹽石),如圖所示:是一幅放大后的石化物(又稱硅化)的橫切面。液態硅酸鉀滲透入礦物基質之表面內0.5mm至1mm深,(根據其吸收力而定)涂料之填料及色素與基質表面化合在一起。
Petrifaction happens between the coating and mineral base material (water-proof and acid-proof silicate stone forms due to chemical reaction), as indicated by the diagram which is a magnified section of silica. The liquid potassium silica permeates into the surface of mineral base material as deep as 0.5mm~ 1mm (depends on its absorbing capability), and chemical combination happens between filling and pigment of the coating and base surface.
2,透氣性:Free-breathing performance:
氧化改性礦物涂料具有防水性及高度之呼吸力,使石造建筑內部之水分自由的向外蒸發;同時具有堿物質的過濾作用,可防止涂層起氣泡,產生熱爆和起鱗片而剝落及施工后受堿污染等缺點。如上圖所示,水汽可自由的從左邊涂有礦物涂料的層釋出,右邊的乳膠漆因不能呼吸,水滴凝結在其表面上,經歷一些時間后,便因熱而爆裂,起泡,剝落。
The coating has water-resistant and high free-breathing performance, makes the moisture inside the stone-made building vaporize freely; able to filtrate alkali substance, preventing coating bubble, scale, heat burst-out and alkali pollution after painting. As indicated the diagram, the vapor can vaporize from the left lay coated with mineral coating; while for the latex paint on the right, the moisture drops condense on the surface of the paint due to failure to breathe freely, resulting crack, bubble and scale-off because of heat.
3,無菌及苔蘚滋生 Bacterium-free and moss-proof
氧化改性礦物涂料因屬無機物(不含營養素),所以能防止菌類及苔蘚生長,而且具有堿的特性(能殺苔蘚胞子)及高呼吸力,使建筑物表面保持干燥。因此,它們不需要靠殺苔蘚劑來抗拒苔蘚生長。從上圖可見分別涂上兩種涂料的“石盤”所顯示出的苔蘚生長檢驗之結果。
The coating is bacterium-free and moss-proof as it is of inorganic substance (no nourishing element contained), and it has alkali characteristics (able to kill moss sporule) and high free-breathing, keeping the surface of building dry. No moss-killing solvent needed.
As indicated by the diagram, the ’stone trays’ separately coated with these two kinds of coatings show the test result of growing of moss.
4,不燃性 Incombustibility
氧化改性礦物涂料具有無機物之特性,其抗溫性能特別好,不但在1200攝氏度的高溫下不會燃燒,而且阻燃。它無散播火災之危險,也不冒出毒氣;又因它不含化學溶劑,所以是安全的,如上圖所示,用氧炔噴火器對準礦物涂料,也不會燃燒,而乳膠則不同。
The coating has good incombustibility, namely incombustible even in a temperature as high as 1200 centigrade. Featuring fire-resistance, toxic gas-resistance and containing no chemical solvent, it is really safe coating. As indicated as the diagram, no combustion produces even using oxyacetylene flamethrower for the coating, while combustion produces in the case of emulsion-type paint.
5,反射熱輻射試驗之熱系數與礦物基質相同 Thermo coefficient resulting from reflection and thermo-radiation test is same as that of mineral base material.
氧化改性礦物涂料因采用氧化改性處理,因此能反射光線及熱輻射,減少建筑物所承受的熱壓力,防止建筑物結構因受熱而龜裂,為熱帶氣候之建筑物用作隔熱,美化之優選。
Treated with oxidized modification technology, the coating can reflect sunlight and thermo-radiation, reduce the crack of building due to heat, making it the perfect selection for the heat-insulation and decoration of buildings under the tropic climate.
6,涂料顏色 Color -everlasting
氧化改性礦物涂料因具有無機物之特性,并且經過特殊的氧化改性處理,它能完全防止紫外線之輻射,其顏色不會褪色。如圖所示,相當于一整年之天然氣候對顏色附著力的檢驗,顯示著顏色沒有改變。
Having inorganic characteristics and treated with oxidized modification, the coating is fully able to prevent ultraviolet radiation, keeping its bright color everlasting. As indicated as the diagram, test equaling a whole year of natural whether against the color adherence shows that no change happens to the color.
7,防酸性之侵襲 Acid-resistance
氧化改性礦物涂料如圖所示的抗酸實驗表明,即使長時間在酸雨環境下使用,涂層也不受酸性之影響。

8,適合所有礦物性建筑材料 Suitable for all kinds of mineral construction material
氧化改性礦物涂料對所有礦物性建筑材料不論是在化學性或物理性上均能相容。由上圖PH值所示可知,它與礦物性能建筑材料均屬堿本質(在綠色PH區),而有機人造樹脂則屬酸性本質(在紅色PH區),這就是為何有機涂料之作業,必須完全依賴防堿之底層涂料,以防止墻上之堿侵襲,即便如此,經過一段時間后,一旦底層涂料被墻上之堿破壞,仍會造成粉化,然后起氣泡,剝落。
The coating is compatible with all kinds of mineral construction materials(no matter chemical characteristic or physical characteristics involved). As indicated as the PH value of the diagram, it, along with mineral construction material, are alkali substance (in the green PH area), while organic artificial resin is of acid nature (red PH area), which is why the organic coating painting fully depends on alkali-resistance coating to prevent erosion of alkali, even that, once the organic coating is destroyed by alkali of the wall, bubble or scale-off would occur.
9,環保性 Environmentally friendly
氧化改性礦物涂料能抗酸,所以不受工業排出的污化物及汽車所排出的廢氣的影響。建筑物采用改性礦物涂料粉飾后,則不會被含酸大氣,污化物及酸雨所腐蝕。又因不含有機樹脂,所以,產生靜電吸引塵埃而堆積成污物的情況會減少許多倍。
Featuring acid-resistance, the coating is free from the influence of industrial pollution and vehicle exhaust. Coated by the modified mineral coating, the building is free from the erosion of acid-contained air, pollution or acid rain. 氧化改性礦物涂料具有無機物之本質,它不含有任何有機化學原料或溶劑,在生產和應用期間,無臭,無過敏之特性,對環境生態有利。涂料的涂刷過程可以在密封的室內進行而不會釋放出任何異味。
Containing no organic chemical ingredients and solvent, it features odor-resistance and allergy-resistance during production and use period, boasting a kind of biologically friendly coating. Painting of the coating can be conducted inside the closed room and there is no odor.
11,填補毛細裂縫,鞏固松脫和多孔礦物物基質表面 Able to fill up fine crack, fasten loosing/scale-off and multiply-pore mineral base material.
在陳舊及難以處理的基質表面,例如那些 以前涂刷的舊涂料層脫落后所暴露出的松脫,多孔及細裂縫的表面,首層涂“度牌”礦物涂料便能夠滲入并將毛細裂縫較久封住(0.2mm),且能鞏固已經松脫的表面結構,這是礦物涂料的硅化用用起的效果。
On the surface of mineral base material with fine crack, loosing/scaling-off and multi-pore, the first layer of the coating is able to permeate and gives an everlasting sealing to the fine cracks (0.2mm), to fasten the scaling-off and losing surface, all these are magic effects of silica chemical combination.
